Client Coordinator

The role

The Client Coordinator provides a variety of professional support services to Client Service teams in the areas of project management, client liaison, internal team coordination and documentation, and new business development. You will assist with ensuring that a project’s deliverables are on time, on budget and on brief. As a Client Coordinator, you are also focused on growing your understanding of branding and Landor & Fitch's capabilities, including design, environments, research, strategy, naming/verbal identity, and brand engagement, while also growing organisationally and financially savvy. Clients can be in the Corporate or Consumer sector. The Client Coordinator also works closely with the Finance team as a reliable source of expertise with a helpful and calm approach to manage daily challenges and queries.

What we're looking for

• Work experience in project management, branding, advertising or finance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or comparable
• Fluent in both English and German, so you can communicate with our clients and studios
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft programs, especially Excel
• Hands on mentality and the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• You will be strategic and intellectually agile, decisive, and respectful with ever changing priorities
