Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our enterprise clients, driving renewal of existing contracts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and challenges.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Renewal Management:
- Develop and implement a strategic renewal plan for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Analyze client usage patterns and identify potential risks to renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling renewal proposals.
- Negotiate renewal terms and pricing to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales, preferably in the enterprise software.
- Proven track record of successful renewal management for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology industry is preferred.
