Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented early career Business Analyst to join our dynamic Client Success team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team on reporting & analytic initiatives, release activities, customer support and team projects. The main objective of this role is to support the Client Success team in endeavors elevating client satisfaction levels and optimize operational efficiency. Primary Responsibilities:Ā
- Effectively lead and manage all Front-End Release, Releases, and Support activities for the Client Success team, ensuring meticulous coordination, prioritization, tracking, escalation and resolution to enhance overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME), aligning account metrics with automated reporting tools, mastering Sigma for ad-hoc requirements, and proactively managing delivery schedules and processes with a keen focus on monthly reviews and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) readiness. Establish "leading indicator" metrics for leadership reviews, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Proficiently utilize Sigma to create visually compelling infographics, transforming complex data into easily understandable visuals.
- Fulfill the role of Chief of Staff within the Client Success team, acting as the primary go-to person for key stakeholders.Ā
- Organize and manage teamās strategic initiatives; maintaining a comprehensive understanding of ongoing activities, and lead preparations for blockit noteworthy meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the team.
- Apply adept project management skills to oversee and streamline client processes, ensuring seamless transitions and exceeding customer expectations throughout their journey with a focus on satisfaction and project milestones.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support the client success team and effectively manage client profiles.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive client success initiatives.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or an equivalent education requiredĀ
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Support, Analytics or Project Management related position or related field required
- Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferredĀ
- Experience working in a startup environment is desirableĀ
