Position Summary

The Client Success Coordinator is a pivotal part of our team, responsible for managing and driving the renewal process, proactively engaging with clients, and supporting overall client success initiatives. This position is for an ambitious individual who is organized, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills. The Client Success Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention, contributing to our Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals.

Essential Functions/ Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the framework and process for tracking renewals
  • Prepare forecasts and report on the progress of renewals
  • Engage in projects to improve our internal processes and ensure a successful and seamless end-to-end renewal experience for our customers.
  • Assist with creating, organizing, and distributing written and visual collateral for the Client Success team.
  • Coordinate with Client Success Leads to facilitate resource and training needs
  • Build relationships both internally and externally
  • Document and maintain playbooks and processes and facilitate sharing information with key Ad Astra Stakeholders
  • Create standard and repeatable materials for Client Success team
  • Assist Client Success Leads in engaging and communicating with low-touch clients via automation cadences, webinars, and other means
  • Create standardized presentation materials and templates for client business reviews, strategic alignment meetings, client success plans, and more
  • Create reports in CRM and other systems to provide information for team members and leadership
  • Be a self-starter, be proactive, and work under moderate supervision
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent training in business, Client Success, Sales Management, or Higher Ed Leadership preferred
  • High emotional intelligence, including curiosity, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to be proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality
  • Desire to improve processes and work through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to report on success metrics

This position is in Overland Park, KS in the greater Kansas City metro area. Ad Astra does not cover relocation expenses.
