Target Range:

$19.00/Hr. - $21.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Provide quality customer service and technical support for Axos Fiduciary Services software applications clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate problem resolution with third parties.
• Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, educate customers and team members about AFS services.
• Answer incoming calls/Emails in an allotted time and provide resolution to client interactions with attention to detail and quality.
   

Requirements:

• HSD
• 1+ years of customer service experience
