Job Summary
The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as our Client Support Specialist for Rynoh, A Porch Family Company.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will manage and coordinate the installation of Rynoh software for client accounts, as well as guide clients through using the software and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and proper installation. Rynoh is a technology company that protects real estate transactions by providing settlement agents with continuous end-to-end account auditing, daily reconciliation, transaction monitoring, anti-fraud algorithms, and built-in automated reporting.
What You Will Do As A Client Support Specialist
- Offer specialized knowledge of company services to interested clients.
- Responsible for daily maintenance of the bank retriever process as well as monitoring and correcting any retrieval errors.
- Responsible for managing the onboarding process, ensuring account accuracy, and scheduling training for assigned new clients.
- Complete the installation of software within the client’s network and establish a connection with the client’s escrow software.
- Coordinate with clients and bank representatives on implementing online banking access with specific requirements and necessary restrictions
- Responsible for contacting clients to set up installation and training daily
- Responsible for daily maintenance of client accounts as a key contact for questions and problems
- Completes and submits all necessary paperwork for client accounts and maintenance as needed
- Maintains an overall awareness of functions of Rynoh software to answer any questions or troubleshoot any problems for customers
- General knowledge of software implementation and ability to troubleshoot and correct any errors
- Field client inquiries, complaints, comments, and requests
- Successfully handle any duties as assigned by a manager with little to no supervision.
What You Will Bring As A Client Support Specialist
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a client support setting
- Must have a greater than average understanding of computers and software with little to no hesitations on how to fix general computer problems.
- Must be a driven self-starter with a positive mindset and have the proven ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage workload.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage your own schedule.
- Proven flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of a growing business is a must.
- Written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to interact in person and over the phone with people from all backgrounds.
- Microsoft Office Products experience required.
Preferred
- Experience in banking and/or the title industry is preferred.
- Experience in an IT setting with client interaction is preferred.
- Knowledge of online banking systems preferred.

Pay Range*: $18.00 - $22.60 hourly.
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors, among which are your work experience and skill sets, job-related knowledge, alignment with the market and our Porch employees, and geographic location.
