Estamos buscando técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en psicología, administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines para Bogotá, con al menos 1 año de experiencia manejando procesos generalistas de gestión humana. 

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar por medio de las diferentes fuentes de reclutamiento, la publicación, búsqueda, pre-selección, atracción y citación de candidatos que cumplan el perfil requerido por los clientes
• asignados (cuando aplique).
• Garantizar la verificación documental de los candidatos que van a ingresar a la compañía para dar inició a su procesos de contratación, gestionando el ingreso a las diferentes plataformas de seguridad social.
• Apoyar las novedades de nómina.
• Garantizar la facturación al cliente.
• Realizar entrega de dotación al personal que corresponda.
• Realizar administración del personal en misión.

Tú eres...

• Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional de psicología, administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines.
• Con 1 año de experiencia mínima en puestos similares.
• Comunicación asertiva.
• Buen servicio al cliente.
