Opportunity:

Join us as a Co-founder and CTO at a stealth-mode startup, backed by the AI2 Incubator, as we aim to revolutionize how 1.3 million professional services firms (including lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, consultants, architects, etc.) adopt technology. In industries where time is literally money, these firms face a pressing need to integrate AI tools to stay competitive.

Our mission is to simplify the process of selecting, acquiring, managing, and implementing these tools into their practices. 

This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with a co-founder who has over 10 years running businesses, possesses deep AI expertise, and has a proven track record in developing and deploying AI tools in these sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technological, engineering, and architectural decisions as well as the technical roadmap and work with co-founder to scale up the company.
• Lead the development, deployment, and delivery of this highly innovative product with consideration towards long term scalability.
• Recruit and build the in-house development team, and also manage the relationships with external technical agencies and freelancers.
• Communicate the technology of the company to investors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a readiness to tackle challenges head-on and drive the company towards its strategic goals. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team and leading by example.
• Advance degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and React. Experience creating designs with HTML/CSS and the latest frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI-based tech solutions, familiar with prevalent tools, languages, and frameworks
• Prior experience in a leadership tech role at a technology-driven startup or company
• Preferably, experience building products at high growth startups.
