Cobol Developer - Japanese Bilingual

Your Role and Responsibilities
Demonstrates experience in application development and support in IBM Mainframe zOS environment. Skills include core zOS skills (VSAM, JCL, REXX, TSO/ISPF, Mainframe tools), a language skill (COBOL, PL/1, Assembler), a database skill (DB2, IMS-DB). Can also include a transaction processing skill (CICS, IMS-DC etc.).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must have skills:

• JCL
• Cobol
• DB2
• Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• JLPT N1-N3 certification is preferred
• Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.
