Commercial Investment Manager

At Diageo, we're seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential investment opportunities by analyzing financial data and market trends. You'll develop and implement investment strategies that increase returns for the company while managing budgets for the team.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate efficiently with key partners to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. You will act decisively in making investment decisions and communicate them effectively to the team.

We're looking for someone who is externally curious - constantly seeking new opportunities and staying informed on industry trends - while possessing drive and ambition to succeed in a competitive market. You'll experiment and learn from past experiences to continuously improve investment strategies while taking calculated risks for the benefit of the company. You are an excellent relationship manager - ideally with professional experience in a role of this type.

About You

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial investment management
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Brilliant relationship building and management skills
