Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Planning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the commercial planning processes within our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive business performance and optimize resource allocation. As the Commercial Planning Supervisor, you will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, evaluating customer demands, and developing actionable insights that inform product distribution, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Your expertise will be critical in facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform commercial decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align commercial objectives with overall business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarter reports and presentations on commercial planning metrics for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial planning or related roles.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, forecasting techniques, and business modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent SQL and Microsoft office.
