Communications Leader(Hybrid)

The Employee Communications Leader is responsible for partnering with cross-functional business leaders in the development and execution of communication strategies that promote awareness, engagement, and activation of the alignment of Delta Faucet Company's growth strategies. In addition, this relationship partner will develop executive communication plans that link to and support business priorities. This person will report to the Vice President - Human Resources and will have reporting responsibility for the Employee Communications Team.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Vision: Accountable for the development, strategic alignment and implementation of communications strategy that drives alignment with the overall company objectives and focuses on engaging employees across the company.
• Change Management: Serve as a thought-partner to other key leaders/stakeholders and help develop communication plans that engage stakeholders in support of strategy.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational weaknesses and help improve existing or develop innovative approaches. Identify ways to challenge the team by leading with why.
• Relationship building: Collaborate closely with leadership team, cross-functional departments to support efforts with the right tools and timely, relevant communication.
• Leadership (by example): Guide, mentor, inspire and create an environment which motivates a team to thrive and deliver aggressive results.
• Support strategic business initiatives and cross-functional projects by contributing communications support in the form of press releases, presentations, speeches, scripts, talking points and external collateral.
• Evaluate and coordinate internal and external communications, to drive continuous improvement in an effort to achieve high-impact communications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Business in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent alternative education, skills and/or practical work experience is required
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Brand Marketing / Communication discipline
• Experience developing, leading, and inspiring a dedicated team
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree preferred
• Experienced supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
• Seasoned business professional with multi-disciplinary experience.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive working relationships.

Hiring Range: $111,400.00 - $175,120.00
