Job Description
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Vision: Accountable for the development, strategic alignment and implementation of communications strategy that drives alignment with the overall company objectives and focuses on engaging employees across the company.
- Change Management: Serve as a thought-partner to other key leaders/stakeholders and help develop communication plans that engage stakeholders in support of strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational weaknesses and help improve existing or develop innovative approaches. Identify ways to challenge the team by leading with why.
- Relationship building: Collaborate closely with leadership team, cross-functional departments to support efforts with the right tools and timely, relevant communication.
- Leadership (by example): Guide, mentor, inspire and create an environment which motivates a team to thrive and deliver aggressive results.
- Support strategic business initiatives and cross-functional projects by contributing communications support in the form of press releases, presentations, speeches, scripts, talking points and external collateral.
- Evaluate and coordinate internal and external communications, to drive continuous improvement in an effort to achieve high-impact communications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Business in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent alternative education, skills and/or practical work experience is required
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Brand Marketing / Communication discipline
- Experience developing, leading, and inspiring a dedicated team
- Strong written, presentation, and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree preferred
- Experienced supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Seasoned business professional with multi-disciplinary experience.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive working relationships.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated strong personal drive and self-motivation.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives.
- Comfortable working self-sufficiently and successfully influencing your peers and executives.

Hiring Range: $111,400.00 - $175,120.00
