Who We Want

The Communications Specialist will play a key role in executing Arrive Logistics' Internal Communications and Employer Brand strategies. This dynamic position involves developing impactful content campaigns for internal audiences, enhancing Arrive's presence across social media and recruitment platforms, and contributing to initiatives that engage employees and attract top talent. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with various departments to understand their communication needs and create audience-specific content that is informative and aligns with Arrive's values and goals. You’ll also partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure employer branding initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the overall marketing strategy, driving engagement and measurable results. What You'll Do

  • Assist in the strategy, planning, and execution of Internal Communications efforts - Intake internal communications request, prepare comms plans and write, edit, and distribute internal communications content to serve stakeholders and leadership efforts. Assist in the gathering and packaging of internal communications performance data and analytics to be used in reporting.
  • Proactively audit and improve team efforts and practices, including channel management, content gathering, and content distribution.
  • Gather & edit content for the newsletter, our internal video series Arrive in 5, new proprietary technology enhancements and releases and other recurring internal programs - Assist in communications needs for employee engagement including but not limited to intramurals, events, employee resource groups. Support in content management efforts for the feed. 
  • Act as social media coordinator. 
  • Assist in managing Arrive’s social media presence across multiple platforms (ie: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including social content research, development, editing, scheduling, engagement, auditing and reporting.
  • Serve as an Employer Brand lead in marketing and communications practices: Proactively identify opportunities and solutions to support recruiting and brand engagement goals; Act as the marketing stakeholder in collaborative projects with recruiting to reach or engage with candidates; Support reputation management programs, including user-generated review management, response strategy, and associated metrics; Maintain brand and content standards on candidate collateral for each talent profile.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field of study, preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Marketing with an emphasis on employer branding.
  • Experience in social media, content development and marketing, internal communications, and public relations. 
  • Experience with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, BuiltIn is required.
  • A great listener and fantastic creative problem solver.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and learn new processes.
  • Beneficial industry experience: data analysis and services, SaaS, or marketing technology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross functionally.
  • A fast and efficient learner who is able to pick things up quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on writing and editing.
  • Organized and meticulous enough to juggle multiple projects & timelines simultaneously.
  • A collaborative problem solver who is comfortable working through people to get results.
