Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate internal and external communications to contribute to the achievement of site objectives and goals.
• Coordinate awareness campaigns to reinforce the Thermo Fisher culture and encourage positive behaviors within the organization.
• Develop advertising campaigns aligned with corporate requirements, highlighting employees of the remarkable benefits the company offers.
• Supervise the efficiency of internal communication through annual indicators such as the Employee Involvement Survey.
• Develop communication strategies for various media and initiatives, including social media administration and the design of advertising campaigns to promote the company's world-class image.
• Communicate community events and initiatives centered around employee well-being and quality of life.
• Develop and edit multimedia files (audio and video) for training initiatives and organizational development, using internal media such as boards, screens, and audio systems.

• Proven experience in a Communications or PR role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to determine and successfully implement effective communication strategies.
• Effective coordination and meticulousness.
• Proficiency in multimedia production and editing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
