Hogarth is looking for a Community Manager / Copywriter The Role:
The Community Manager is in charge of uploading content, monitoring, moderating social networks and addressing queries from the audience. It feeds the team if opportunity a specific subject within social platforms.
Duties:Copywriting and creation:
- Produce a variety of written content for copy out and copy in for different social media platforms.
- Act as a copy editor for fellow Community Managers by verifying adherence to guidelines, correct spelling, proper grammar, and correct addressability to the audiences.
- Recommend art optimizations and collaborate with liquid designers to generate assets to be posted.
- Generate monthly post grids for planned publications.
Community Engagement:
- Encourage the community with imaginative and passionate ideas.
- Monitor page performance across all platforms.
- Manage the content library, specify the publishing schedule, select the next videos to be posted, and delegate tasks to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate with editors to ensure the relevancy and regularity of video content.
- Develop engagement, reach, and views strategies to drive growth.
- Be proactive and quick to take initiative, identifying trends and quickly assessing whether the brand should participate.
- Provide follow-up and attention to the user to increase and strengthen the interaction and loyalty with the brand.
Post Creation:
- Proactively search and refresh content for social media.
- Track and analyze the performance of successful posts, aiming to become an expert in choosing and experimenting with the most effective content for the topic.
- Responsible for quality control checks before posting any content.
Data Analysis:
- Optimize creator performance over a long-term period.
- Ensure that your pages perform effectively across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube).
- Utilize the data accumulated from your analyses to define and refine your content strategies.
- Review along with media agency the media plan and paid media implementation plan to build communication grids and recommend optimizations and opportunities.
- Work along with social media strategists and data analysts to obtain reports and information for optimization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working and collaborating in teams within the industry.
- 1-3 years in social media managing.
- Proven Creative experience in print, digital and TV.
- Write and edit copy with attention to readability, usability, and conformance to brand styles
- Proven experience of developing relationships and interacting with clients
- Proactive in driving self-learning and skills improvement through training and keeping abreast of industry changes
- Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite
 Skills:
- Confident in formation and delivery of presentations to Clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills
- Desirable experience within food advertising and communication
- Passionate for technology and innovation
