Responsibilities Include:

• Ensures planning, directing and coordinating activities related to data processing, information networks and computer programming to operate, maintain and sustain the mission partner environment systems.
• Mentors a team of junior, journeyman, and seniors to monitor and improve system performance.
• Works in collaboration with Leidos management and external customer technical experts to enhance system performance while resolving complex issues.
• Improves network performance, reduces cost and maintains schedules.
• Reports to OM&S Program Manager.

Clearance Required:

• Active Secret clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Ability to apply expert computer and information systems manager methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
• Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree - Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
