Job Description

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Remote Configuration and Support Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and technical support for the Remote Configuration and Support team, supporting multiple large global accountsAs a Remote Configuration and Support Specialist, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What You'll Do

  • Delivers assigned project reports and data to both customer and supervisors.
  • Acts as key interface for technical support between customer and colleague to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • May mentor less-experienced staff.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You'll Need

  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
  • Solid technical skills, Desire to Learn and Grow.
  • Electronic Security experience is helpful.
  • Detail oriented, and advanced computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint) and proficient in other relevant applications such as Smartsheet.

Requirements:

Education: High School/GED or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of previous, relevant field experience required.

JOB REQUIREMENT -High Speed Internet This this is a remote position and requires video over the internet which could fail with slow connection speeds.
