Résumé du poste:

Fournir un vaste éventail de services d’évaluation immobilière et de conseils fonciers dans une variété de projets aux clients nouveaux et existants. Aider les directeurs et directeurs principaux dans le cadre de projets plus complexes. Collaborer avec les autres unités commerciales pour explorer les occasions de synergie. Offrir soutien et supervision aux autres membres de l’équipe.

Responsabilités principales

  • Fournir un vaste Ă©ventail de services d’évaluation immobilière et de conseils fonciers aux clients nouveaux et existants, principalement pour la nĂ©gociation des valeurs foncières avant le dĂ©pĂ´t officiel ou en demande de rĂ©vision pour des propriĂ©tĂ©s commerciales et bureaux.
  • Entretenir la communication continue avec les clients et procĂ©der rapidement Ă  la rĂ©solution des problèmes. Signaler tout problème au niveau hiĂ©rarchique supĂ©rieur, selon les besoins.
  • GĂ©rer les relations avec les clients de telle manière qu’elles conduisent au renouvellement des contrats, Ă  des rĂ©fĂ©rences et Ă  l’expansion des services, notamment par des ventes supplĂ©mentaires et rĂ©ciproques.
  • Effectuer rĂ©gulièrement des rĂ©unions de suivi et des comptes rendus sur l’état des projets avec les clients pour assurer leur entière satisfaction et pour identifier des secteurs d’amĂ©lioration possibles, ainsi que tout service supplĂ©mentaire requis.
  • Toujours amĂ©liorer ses connaissances au sujet des tendances du marchĂ© et de l’industrie, des pratiques, lois et procĂ©dures touchant l’évaluation et la taxation foncières.
  • Assurer que les donnĂ©es collectĂ©es dans le cadre de vos tâches quotidiennes sont entrĂ©es dans la base de donnĂ©es de l’entreprise rapidement et avec exactitude.
  • Pourrait avoir Ă  assister aux audiences d’évaluation pour fournir des preuves d’expert, selon les besoins.
  • Travailler de concert avec tous les membres de l'Ă©quipe au sein de l'organisation, encadrer et former les analystes et consultants, et dĂ©velopper des rĂ©seaux internes pour amĂ©liorer le partage d'informations, les opportunitĂ©s de ventes complĂ©mentaires et l'expansion des services aux clients.

Compétences principales :

  • DiplĂ´me universitaire. Membre de l’Ordre des Ă©valuateurs agréés du QuĂ©bec ou de l’Institut canadien des Ă©valuateurs (atout).
  • Trois annĂ©es ou plus d’expĂ©rience pertinente en Ă©valuation immobilière ou de l’impĂ´t foncier.
  • PossĂ©der une solide connaissance et expertise dans le secteur de l’évaluation et des services conseils, ainsi qu’une excellente comprĂ©hension de la Loi sur la fiscalitĂ© municipale et des pratiques, politiques et procĂ©dures associĂ©es Ă  l’évaluation mobilière et aux exigences lĂ©gislatives.
  • PossĂ©der des compĂ©tences en gestion, planification, service client, ainsi qu'en nĂ©gociation et prĂ©sentation, tout en Ă©tant capable de travailler de manière autonome ou en Ă©quipe
  • ĂŠtre capable d'encadrer, conseiller et former les analystes et analystes principaux, tout en dĂ©veloppant des compĂ©tences en travail d'Ă©quipe et en autonomie.
  • Avoir de bonnes aptitudes de recherche, quantitatives et analytiques
  • ĂŠtre capable de travailler de façon multitâche et Ă  respecter des Ă©chĂ©anciers serrĂ©s
  • MaĂ®triser la communication verbale et Ă©crite en français et en anglais.
