Your Role: You will work closely with our CIO on everything ranging from strategy and planning to special projects. The role works closely with business partners from across the enterprise in HR, Finance and Communications. Has primary accountability for the business rhythm in running the operations of the IT division and has a high level of trustworthiness and accountability.
Your work:

You will be capable of operating at tactical, strategic and operational levels handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departmental areas of responsibility

You will be working with IT executive leaders and team members, both internal and external
-
This role has a high level of influence on the IT DLT team’s productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, and overseeing executive program management within the IT team and between departments across the company

You will have the ability to directly impact and improve decision and processes, and your work will increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout IT
-
You will assist with communicating priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met. Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs

You will thrive in a highly ambiguous and complex environments

Work hand in hand with colleagues on the Finance, Strategy & Innovation, Customer Experience and Marketing, People and Community, Operations and Legal teams

Be forward-thinking in helping to meet ad hoc business needs in an expedited manner

Drive the priorities of leadership through weekly meetings, shaping offsites, and seeing opportunities to increase leadership team effectiveness

You will drive shared alignment around IT strategy, assisting with forming a plan with clear goals and asks, driving and monitoring progress including the IT Strategy roadmap and scorecard and business reviews

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business systems stakeholders.

Required Experience, Education and Skills
What would make us excited about you?
-
BS/BA Degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, information technology, mathematics, physics or similar quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-
10+ years related business process experience in IT
-
Both hands-on experience and a tenured leadership foundation in the following areas: planning & process, product and/or financial planning, organizational change, communications & strategy execution
-
Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success. This position is expected to utilize data and metrics to communicate needs with the ease of a business unit owner
-
Strong customer relationship, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective decision-making skills, even under pressure and while lacking all of the desired information detail.

Ability to communicate your ideas and solutions in simple language tailored to audience.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.

Experience with research and collating materials for targeted audience

Ability to work within shifting priorities and tight timelines.

The national average salary range for this position is $122,850-$136,500. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $110,520-$165,000 This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
