The ‘Consumer Marketing Manager’ will, as part of the Nordic Marketing team, be responsible for the end-to-end marketing under one of our largest categories which we call Taste that includes product categories such as ovens, hoods, cooking tops (anything you need for a Taste experience.).

Your role as a marketing manager for Nordics is to drive a consumer-centric product and brand experience, assuring that the strategies and executions are tailored to our Nordic consumers. In this role you will work closely with not only the rest of the marketing team but also the Local Product Line and Sales as well as the European Marketing team.

Your main tasks:

  • Develop and execute the local marketing activation plans for the Taste category, based on the central guidance and strategic roadmap defined for the Nordics
  • Asset input, transcreation and adaptations all media for campaign’s
  • Develop the local strategic roadmap for the taste category in the Nordics together with PL and KAM
  • Lead and coordinate launches across all touchpoints and all customers including local validation
  • Own launch products (marketing) then roll out to teams
  • Assuring local relevance and activation of product launches all channels (PR, Retail, Web and influencer)
  • Collaboration with retail, sales and customers to support in activations
  • Central representation within category

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in role with full ownership of product/ category marketing
  • Experience in, and understanding of Nordic market conditions and consumer needs
  • Strong communication, story-telling skills and broad experience of marketing communications
  • Team player, able to strongly influence and collaborate in a functional team as well as ‘across the value chain’ in an international and matrixed organization.
  • Language requirements: Fluency in English, fluency in any of the Scandinavian languages is considered meriting
