Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

This position performs a variety of moderate physical and administrative tasks that are involved with the distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Under general supervision and with limited independent discretion, duties may include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Run reporting for picking and shipping productivity.
• Auditing shipping lanes for picking accuracy.
• Organize and distribute Logos for application by technicians.
• Examining and distributing materials and supplies in inventory to correct locations.
• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity, researching inventory discrepancies.
• Preparing BOL's for final shipment and maintaining records of shipped merchandise.
• Receiving satisfactory, undamaged and resaleable items
• Participate in audits and 5S program.
• Moderate knowledge in continuous improvement activities.
• Inform supervisor or Lead of work-related problems.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma
• Data Entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, excel, word, power point, etc.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk 8-9 hours a day.
• Must be able to frequently move up to 50 lbs.
• Have full range of motion of the waist and neck.
• Have unrestricted use of upper extremities and perform over-head reaching

• Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a non- temperature-controlled environment.
