The role of our Consumer Web Experience Strategist at ResMed involves collaborating with marketing and technology teams to align web initiatives with the company's overall digital strategy. They may also be involved in managing specific web experience projects, such as optimizing user journeys, implementing new features, or redesigning websites
Let’s talk about the role
- Designing web strategy: Defining the consumer web pathway from end-to-end journey in our web ecosystem.
- Optimizing web visibility: Ensuring that websites are easily findable and visible to the target audience.
- Enhancing user experience: Making sure that website visitors have a pleasant and engaging experience.
- Increasing user interaction: Encouraging visitors to interact with the content and features of the website.
- Maintaining web engagement: Keeping users returning to the website by providing quality experience and relevant content.
Responsibilities might include:
- Performing routine professional-based activities (early in career)
- Contributing to and managing projects (mid-career)
- Providing advice/direction in areas of expertise (specialist and expert)
- Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Occasionally leads the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff.
Let’s talk about you
- Web and Technology background expertiseÂ
- Strong Marketing Stack knowledge (CMS, SEO, Analytics, Project management tools, AI…)
- Agile methodology and multi-project management
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
