About the Role

In this role, you’ll own and execute Zello’s content strategy to drive B2B enterprise sales. From brainstorming and ideation to content production and promotion, you will create high-impact materials for core channels such as social media, email campaigns, webpages, and more. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team to develop compelling collateral that supports deal closures, while also conducting competitive research to position Zello as a market leader. Your responsibilities will include managing a content calendar, producing case studies, and crafting engaging email campaigns. This position is ideal for a content marketing professional with a startup mentality, ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, webpages, case studies, and whitepapers.

• Support weekly themed campaigns by creating and rolling out a blog post, marketing email, social media post, website update, sales PDF, and sales slide every workweek.

• Manage an editorial calendar for planned content while handling ad hoc requests as they arise.

• Collaborate with the sales team to produce effective presentations, sales collateral, and email campaigns.

• Conduct in-depth competitive research to inform content that highlights Zello’s unique value.

• Oversee email marketing campaigns tailored for B2B audiences, ensuring engagement with prospects and customers.

• Develop case studies in partnership with clients and the sales team, showcasing the value Zello brings to enterprises.

• Immerse yourself in Zello’s offerings and the broader push-to-talk ecosystem to create authoritative, insightful content.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation and management, specifically for B2B SaaS platforms.

• A portfolio demonstrating a range of enterprise-focused content.

• Bachelor's degree

• Located in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.

• Startup mentality—adaptive, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven ability to excel in ambiguous, self-directed environments.
