Groupon Content Specialist composes the copy that accompanies each Groupon deal feature. Content Specialist is responsible for creating copy that is personable and authoritative with particular attention to accuracy, utility, and transparency. We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. You’ll spend time on the following:

• crafting multiple pieces of copy each day in the language of the supported country with flawless write-up execution according to a set of targets

• clearly and accurately explaining each deal by creating compelling imagery that describes the customer experience and presents an accurate and engaging portrait of each merchant,

• verification of the content of contracts with business partners based on the Editorial Groupon Guidelines,

• selection of adequate graphics for deals described as required based on the Editorial Groupon Guidelines

• Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager(s)

We’re excited about you if you have:

• Very good command of Polish (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2)

• Ability to write creatively, succinctly, persuasively, and intelligently

• Excellent typing skills, and computer and Web savviness

• Must be comfortable receiving and independently acting on feedback

• Professional writing experience preferred

• Any additional European language skills (ideally Spanish or German) would be an extra asset

We work in a hybrid model - 1 day per week in the office, 4 days remotely
