Electrolux launched Continuous Improvementthrough all the regions to accelerate overall business improvements and culturechange across the business, enabled through lean, agile and design thinkingmethodologies.

Weare looking for a Continuous Improvement Director who can drive the operationsand lead cost effective initiatives to shape the way Electrolux drives acontinuous improvement mindset and application in everything we do.

Inour fast-changing environment, there are significant opportunities to furtherenhance crucial initiatives at Operations, Product Development, Commercial and Supply Chain level to enable Electrolux to deliver outstanding consumerexperiences.

What you'll do:

• Deploy a strategy for Electrolux Group in North America to institutionalize a continuous improvement mindset while addressing key business strategies for the Business Area.
• Leverage design harmonization, skills development, and cultural adoption of CI methodology.
• Drive improvement activities that lead to institutionalization of process and lessen people dependency.
• Manage and embed the Always Improve mindset into the day-to-day ways of working, as well as realization of the full potential of transformation programs.
• Promote best practice sharing and alignment on methodologies across the business area and globally through benchmarking with other companies in the respective fields of CI and change management.
• Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement by cross functionally driving improvements aligned to the business strategy2.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience with a proven track-record of relevant industry experience in operationalizing CI & CM methodologies and deployment of lean, etc. methods
