As our Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of our customer and vendor contracting process, to include contract creation, negotiation support, and execution of contract management. The Contract Administrator will seek opportunities and implement solutions to enhance, streamline, and automate our legal operations, as well as create efficiencies in our workflows that will allow our legal team to continue to scale and grow. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow their long-term career with our growing company.
This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote or hybrid/in-office at either our Baltimore, MD or Maple Shade, NJ corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain our multiple, complex contract streams between our customers, vendors and partners to include drafting letters, emails, correspondence and other communications.
- Create customized legal agreements using Bridgeway templates; ensure templates remain current with the appropriate language.
- Collaborate on contract feedback with internal and external key stakeholders to keep the contracting process moving forward and to keep all parities informed.
- Distribute contract documents to appropriate internal and external recipients, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Reviews and drafts NDAs, SOWs, RFPs, technology agreements, amendments, and other documents related to agreements with our customers and vendors, and partners.
- Manage contract completion including routing for e-signature and following up on outstanding documents.
- Maintaining a contracts repository so that in process and completed work is easily accessible to the appropriate parties.

Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant professional experience working in either a legal, contracts, procurement, or purchasing environment, or a similar discipline
- Highly detailed and process oriented, with strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, time management, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- A team player with a strong desire to work in a collaborative, cross-functional and fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to respond effectively to time-sensitive demands and inquires
- Proficient computer skills, MS Office suite, document storage and software applications; experience using DocuSign strongly desired
- Self-driven motivator who takes initiative in delivering assigned tasks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
