WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Responsible to manage Oils and Fats procurement portfolio for Brazil - key materials for Foods business

Develop and drive savings agenda

Lead negotiations with suppliers

Monitor market trends and movements to inform cover decisions.

Develop and implement effective purchase strategies.

Conduct price forecasting and connect with the business to bring market information

Drive our sustainability agenda with a focus on non-deforestation requirements

Ensure suppliers participation and adherence to Unilevers Sustainability Agenda

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• University degree
• Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Track record of working in cost savings and business value projects

Skills

• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Portuguese and English fluent: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish speaking will be considered a plus.
• Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs Disruptive Thinking: Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
• Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in strategic sourcing to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
