How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

• Enter, maintain and review supplier/vendor price lists and purchasing conditions for all inventory items for 15 manufacturing plants.
  • Execute pricing entry with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and confirm purchasing and pricing units are accurate, given information provided and in system
• Assist in vendor contract database establishment and maintenance and Audit compliance.
• Communicate price changes to plants and applicable purchasers / buyers
• Work with Procurement Departments and Accounts Payable to rectify pricing disputes between facilities and supplier/vendors.
• Research previously negotiated vendor pricing to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and vendors at multiple locations
• Assist with Invoice auditing for inventoried items and services to ensure vendor pricing compliance with negotiated terms and pricing

• Maintain compliance between Material and Vendor Master Data and Purchasing Master Data points
• Preserve accurate Purchasing Master Data documents in SAP, including information such as; pricing, unit of measure, vendor conditions, and item-specific data & help identify and rectify any differences
• Maintain filing system for procurement-provided data, records and documents, and related system changes to ensure easily available information and audit compliance

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Accounting/Finance
• Ability to solve problems, work independently, and make decisions.
• Must be a team player, self-motivated and results oriented.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; SAP experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and well organized.
