CorpTech Product Manager

Responsibilities will include

• Oversee and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring product development aligns with their needs.
• Craft detailed and insightful user stories, outlining needs and objectives.
• Maintain a clear and compelling product vision, ensuring it’s communicated effectively across teams.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact and user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, providing clarity on product requirements.
• Continuously gather feedback and insights from internal users to inform product enhancements.
• Assess and drive the implementation of third-party integrations where necessary.
• Ensure that product releases are well-documented and seamlessly rolled out to users.
• Drive the ongoing optimization and refinement of our HRIS, Desktop Support, and user permissioning system.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to product management.
• Conduct regular product reviews and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
• Establish key metrics and performance indicators to monitor product health and success.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users, as required.
• Champion a user-centric culture, ensuring user feedback is at the core of product decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of managing complex products or systems and a fast paced environment.
• Experience with defining and documenting requirements for custom built applications as well as 3rd party applications.
• Experience with PaaS & IAM principles and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related computer science field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing requests and navigate complex decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with APIs and managing third-party integrations.
• Technical proficiency in SQL or PHP.
• Prior experience with HRIS systems such as ADP WFN, Workday, SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the nuances of managing internal systems and tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams through influence.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
• Experience working with offshore teams
