Creative Account Coordinator - Hybrid

ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Creative Account Coordinator to join the Marketing Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Creative Account Manager II. Role is hybrid.

This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Creative Account Coordinator, you’ll assist in planning and navigating timelines with clients across multiple brands. This position will have a heavy focus on facilitating social media project timelines for creative deliverables such as TikTok videos and Instagram Reels. We are looking for a highly organized individual that is self-motivated and someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

• Lead a wide variety of creative projects across multiple brands (social media, branded merchandise, copy, display ads, etc.) from start to finish including establishing timelines, monitoring progress, and delivering assets.
• Task management and prioritization across multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Interact and help problem-solve with cross-functional teams including Social Media, Marketing, Sales, PMO, and Product.  
• Schedule and facilitate a wide variety of meetings including project kickoffs, reviews and presentations. 
• Assist with project reporting as needed. 
• Participate in creative brainstorming, marketing briefs, and asset reviews.
• Research, source and coordinate exciting, branded merchandise for our internal company store. 
• Performs other duties as required.
• Business hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.
• Hybrid (1-2 days a month in the Costa Mesa office or as needed).

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities.
• Minimum one year experience working in/with a creative or marketing agency.
• Working knowledge of creating project schedules and task dependencies.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Experience with Wrike preferred or another PM platform.
• Preferred social media experience with a general understanding of how social media platforms work (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook).
• Knowledge of video production timelines and processes is a plus. 
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.  
• A keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising preferred.
