WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Creative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Brand
Creative Team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless
execution of various creative projects from start to finish. This team is built for speed, so, the ideal candidate
is able to balance the urgent needs from stakeholders with the capacity of creative team resources. You are
able to understand both creative and business partner’s needs and you aren’t afraid to prioritize, make
decisions and communicate with authority.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
â—Ź Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating the entire project lifecycle, collaborating closely with the
creative team, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within
scope.
â—Ź Task & Timeline Management: Organize and track project tasks, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring
team members are aware of their responsibilities and progress. Develop and maintain project
timelines, and proactively address any potential delays or roadblocks.
â—Ź Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, facilitating
open and clear communication between team members, project owners and other stakeholders.
â—Ź Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project briefs,
meeting notes, and status reports.
â—Ź Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure they align with project
objectives and meet the highest quality standards.
â—Ź Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential challenges or bottlenecks and work with the team to
develop solutions and keep projects on track.
â—Ź Creative Input: Offer creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and project meetings,
contributing to the overall success of the creative projects.
â—Ź Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes and suggest
improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
â—Ź Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in handling changing project requirements, timelines, and
priorities to maintain project momentum and deliver exceptional results.
â—Ź Meeting Management and Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all relevant
stakeholders are involved, and that meetings are productive and action-oriented. Document meeting
outcomes and action items for follow-up.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
â—Ź Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in project coordination or related roles in a creative or marketing
environment is preferred.
â—Ź Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
â—Ź Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and
deliverables.
â—Ź Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying ideas and
updates effectively.
â—Ź Meeting Facilitation: Experience in managing and facilitating meetings, ensuring productive
discussions and outcomes.
â—Ź Time Management: Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks.
â—Ź Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities, finding practical solutions to overcome
challenges.
â—Ź Collaboration: A team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with
diverse teams.
â—Ź Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Clickup, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud,
Figma
