Creator Activation and Support Intern

Title: Creator Activation and Support Specialist 

Location: Dallas, TX or Remote

Role Type: Part Time Internship

Hours: 20 hours/week

Duration: 6 months

A Creator Activation and Support Intern will help the LTK team with supporting high priority creators as well as supporting creators in their early stages of growth with LTK. In this role, you will learn what makes an LTK creator and how to actively support creator business growth and social media success. In return, you’ll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximize their earnings velocity. 

• Review and analyze creator content to inform strategic support
• Support creator communication tracking and segmenting
• Use data to inform strategic decisions
• Assist creators with LTK Shop setup and assist in creating top performing content for their LTK Shops
• Analyze creators’ performance with LTK
• Respond to support tickets
• Create performance reports for creators within the specialty programs
• Support the team with daily tasks and reporting
• Attend team training sessions and meetings
• Review goals and reports with your manager
• Be accountable for you growth, performance, review and production rates
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Apply social media theory to practice and educate creators on the current state of influencer marketing
• Support special projects to increase Creator growth and team functionality
• Elevate the LTK creator experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. Candidates should have a strong sense of accountability to LTK and LTK Creators are expected to think creatively to solve problems and have the willingness and flexibility to try multiple creative strategic approaches to achieve desired results.

• Solid understanding of social media best practices

• Functional experience with multiple social media platforms and an understanding of creator marketing 
• Experience with customer relations 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excel skills
• Acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fast

• Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM system
• Passion for early-growth stage support and process optimization
• Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media content production
