General Summary

The CRM Operations Specialist is responsible for managing marketing projects as well as liable for setup, testing, reviewing, documentation, and management of planned marketing promotions/offers. They will wear many hats across the promotional team and will do well in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and set up marketing promotions as the business dictates for in store, on-line, and in social channels.

• Collaborate with print production team to solidify print pieces for direct mail UAT.

• Coordinate with cross-channel partners to ensure all information provided in brief is accurately executed to allow the best experience for our Shoe Lovers.

• Remain extremely focused on detail while managing multiple campaigns and associated tasks simultaneously.

• Manage work tasks through promotions logs, monitor and troubleshoot promotion setup and other customer-facing issues.

• Leads all offer routing in Workfront.

• Manage markdown code log and ensure accurate assignments for promotions

• Maintain correct disclaimer information based on bi-weekly updates from Merch Ops

• Responsible for use of correct barcodes, disclaimers and promo markdown codes.

• Coordinate business team activities and testing during project or promo launches. Often involves day-of production testing and will occasionally include off-hours and early morning responsibilities.

• Manage, facilitate, and implement continuous re-evaluation of marketing processes to identify improvement; maintain up-to-date documentation of each process for reference and training purposes.

• Proven experience creating high impact, unique offers and campaigns.

• Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to produce well-crafted content

• Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills

• Experience executing emails campaigns with enterprise Email Service Providers (ESPs), especially Cheetah Digital, Oracle Responsys, SalesForce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target, Marketo.

• Self-starter, ambitious, data-driven, motivated marketer who wants to make a large contribution in a fast-paced business

• Strong technical aptitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and attention to detail

• Occasionally required to work outside normal business hours.

Qualifications

Experience: Indicate the level of work experience that a job incumbent is required to have to successfully perform the job after a normal learning curve. Preferred Qualifications: Indicate any preferred education, work experience, skill, knowledge or ability that would be beneficial to the position but is not required. Leave blank if none. Education: Indicate the minimum amount of education required to perform the job.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience managing CRM programs in an information-based environment

• Retail experience strongly preferred

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and email planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with marketing automation technology

• Excelling written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to be flexible in their schedule and timelines

• Ability to collaborate with external partners and internal teams to execute well-crafted emails

• Experience in the following platforms: Workfront, Movable Ink, Oracle/Responsys, Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

Education:

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
