Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with sales and customer success teams to provide technical knowledge and process data requests
- Works closely with Data Services team to resolve customer data inquiries and performs issue resolution
- Works with internal departments to perform acceptance or regression training when requested
- Data quality control, uploads, and report generation for Neogen Genomics customer base
- Processing of customer data requests
- Basic troubleshooting and investigation of customer data to ensure accurate delivery
- Evaluate customer order submissions for completeness and identify and correct issues to ensure accurate testing and sample information
- Technical expertise regarding customer data delivery and reporting
- Work cross functionally within department to assist customers with technical data inquiries
- Report optimization and development assistance
- UAT testing for new products and reports
- Assist with on-site customer visits and provide training as requested
- Actively participate in Team huddles, meetings, and continuing education
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- BS degree in life sciences discipline such as Animal Science, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Genetics, etc. or equivalent Neogen work experience is required.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
