Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales and customer success teams to provide technical knowledge and process data requests
  • Works closely with Data Services team to resolve customer data inquiries and performs issue resolution
  • Works with internal departments to perform acceptance or regression training when requested
  • Data quality control, uploads, and report generation for Neogen Genomics customer base
  • Processing of customer data requests
  • Basic troubleshooting and investigation of customer data to ensure accurate delivery
  • Evaluate customer order submissions for completeness and identify and correct issues to ensure accurate testing and sample information
  • Technical expertise regarding customer data delivery and reporting
  • Work cross functionally within department to assist customers with technical data inquiries
  • Report optimization and development assistance
  • UAT testing for new products and reports
  • Assist with on-site customer visits and provide training as requested
  • Actively participate in Team huddles, meetings, and continuing education
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • BS degree in life sciences discipline such as Animal Science, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Genetics, etc. or equivalent Neogen work experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
