Customer Engineer

Narvar is Growing! We are hiring a Customer Engineer who loves helping people, solving problems, and wants to play a major role in the success of our customers. You have a strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and are comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for scoping requirements, working with clients to integrate our APIs, and deploying our solutions for our largest enterprise and mid-market customers. You will be joining a team of customer engineers and project managers who are passionate about our customers, solutions, and products.Day-to-day

• Complete technical onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers and the hottest direct-to-consumer brands
• Provide consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with Narvar’s solutions while maximizing product value
• Leverage customers’ business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications
• Build and validate solutions via tooling and frontend technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
• Partner cross-functionally with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders
• Help build a best-in-class international professionals services team via documentation, process improvements by building internal tools, and trainings

What we’re looking for

• You have 2 to 12 years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a techno-functional consultant /implementation engineer/solution engineer
• Experience working with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript including fundamental coding skills preferably in Javascript or related languages

• The icing on the cake – if you are a Shopify developer
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Bonus points for experience with iPaas, retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, ERP, supply chain, or logistics
• This role requires availability till 2 AM IST, so apply if you are ready to work with some remarkable customers in the EST time zone
