Our team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help ensure every interaction with HiBob is a positive one, contributing to our world-class support team and making a real impact on our customer experience.

About you:
As a Payroll Administrator within the Support Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional payroll administrative services to our customers. You will provide hands-on support by addressing payroll-related inquiries, managing multiple routine administrative payroll tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes within the full payroll cycle. This is an FTC until Sept 30th 2025.
Job Requirements

• UK payroll experience - bonus points for experience in managing multiple payrolls and pension management
• Experience in providing best in class payroll support
• Proficient English speaker and your (written and verbal) grammar is impeccable
• Enjoy working with figures and experience with excel
• Working to tight deadlines and managing customers to meet their deadlines
• Experience in running payrolls so you know what looks right and can spot anomalies
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Advantages:

• Experience in managing payroll using Saas products
• Previous experience with Enterprise Customers
• Experience using tools such as; Zendesk, Slack, & Asana
• Experience working with multiple Pension portals
