Objectives

  • Oversee a team providing an end-to-end customer service process with a single point of contact for Beverage Concentrate customers.
  • Build direct collaborative relationships with Customer and Sales to deliver and meet customer service performance metrics of Case Fill and On Time Delivery
  • Manage customer service functions for assigned accounts; monitor order management process to support shipments of product to end customers.
  • Interact with Transportation and Warehousing team partners to escalate and prioritize customer shipments to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Evaluate performance trends to ensure demand forecasting and production plans managed appropriately.
  • Work with other leaders to develop and implements strategic plans that meet our customer's current and future supply chain capability needs and demand while improving productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as an operational and management source of expertise and contribute to the success of the team/senior management team as a whole - by supporting associated and team-wide initiatives.
  • Support collaborative accounts; partner with key customer accounts to improve service metrics and support promotions.
  • Develop team and provide leadership on Demand Planning topics. Support and lead the review process, support development plans for your team, and manage performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university/college in the area of Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Science or Engineering or similar experience highly preferred
  • 5 years of experience in any of the following areas Inventory planning, Supply and Logistics, Distribution, Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) or Transportation highly preferred
  • 2-year experience with relationship management in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Sales including strong business acumen, strategic planning skills, and operations/escalation management required
  • 2-year experience with the use of supply chain management tools SAP (preference), EDI, CIC or CRM experience preferred
