Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure product shipment inform, return to sales, and payment
• Process internal system, acquaint with ERP and ORACLE system will be preferred
• Maintain related reports which supplier
• Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in required
• Fluent in English written
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Excel/PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP SD module preferred)
• Good communication skill and strong sense of commitment
• Data-sensitive and well-developed administrative skills
• Customer-oriented and good teamwork
