Customer Service Rep

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Act as the first point of contact to handle internal and external customer inquiries via phone or email
• Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints through CRM system.
• Enter orders into corresponding systems (LIMS, CRM, Solomon)
• Generate reports to assist in workflow and internal/external customer interactions
• Assist customers with invoice questions and follow up for necessary late payments
• Maintain work procedures and processes that support departmental standards
• Be knowledgeable about NEOGEN's people, products, and services
• Play a critical role in driving many processes that impact departments across NEOGEN by advocating for customer initiatives
• Other tasks as assigned
