Fluidra is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our CMP location in Newnan, Georgia.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

 

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Ensure accuracy of orders by checking inventory, pricing and shipping info
  • Receive, review, and process purchase orders by telephone, email, fax, and electronic purchase orders (EDI)
  • Prepare RMAs, credit shipping variances, edit express shipments, warranty claims and drop shipments
  • Maintain purchase order (PO) records, send invoices/credit memos to customer
  • Track and ensure paperwork flows through system for shipment
  • Communicate frequently with Shipping, Inventory, Receiving, and Accounting Departments
  • Compare orders with inventory and goods-in-transit, then coordinate with Inventory Department
  • Track containers for on-time delivery and notify management if late
  • Periodically run reports via P-21 and Excel
  • Track and maintain quoting as well as out-of-stock spreadsheets
  • Ship samples and catalogs to customers
  • Create IT support cases using SharePoint
  • Provide back-up support for Inside Sales
  • Manage exclusive sales promotions and special pricing with meticulous shipping requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 

 

 

WHAT WE SEEK

 

  • High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity
  • Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office Software
  • Must possess a commitment to increase customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written
  • Be detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Be able to positively resolve conflicts by maintaining self-control, listening, being aware and taking responsibility
  • Ability to maintain an open line of communication with sales leaders and management team

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

 

This position works in an office environment.
