The Commercial Customer Success Team at Autodesk

Our Commercial Customer Success team is a collaborative, driven, global organization devoted to providing world-class experiences to our customers. We're dedicated to helping our customers be successful with their Autodesk solutions so that they achieve their goals, and earn their loyalty.

Position Overview

In the Customer Success organization, creating irresistible experiences for our customers is our most important goal. We believe in a complete cycle of customer success while supporting improved revenue and overall company growth. In our business model transformation, we understand continuous adoption of our technology is important to a successful engagement with our customers.

As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for our territory accounts. You will be part of the Account team supporting customers and responsible for helping them get set up with and start using their software. In collaboration with our channel Partners and Territory Sales Representatives, you will educate customers on how to successfully meet their goals by using their Autodesk solutions to the fullest potential.

You will report to the Manager, Customer Success and will be a hybrid work environment in our Denver, Colorado or Montreal, Quebec office.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers through outbound calling to ensure client satisfaction
  • Establish and implement onboarding and adoption strategies to grow usage of Autodesk solutions
  • Assist customers with onboarding new solutions and identify at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase the value they receive toward meeting team goals.
  • Partner with sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to guide customer success milestones
  • Delivera high-level of customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued adoption of Autodesk products through value-add activities
  • While engaging throughout the lifecycle, be able to identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-5 years Customer Success/Account Management experience
  • French speaking/writing ability
  • Customer-facing at your core: Customer Empathy & customer mindset
  • Collaboration across multiple team members
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Collaborative

Dans le cadre de la transformation de notre modèle d'entreprise, nous comprenons la necessite d'une adoption continue de notre technologie pour assurer le succès de notre engagement auprès de nos clients.

En tant que conseiller(ère) pour la reussite des clients, vous aurez la responsabilite des comptes de notre territoire. Vous ferez partie de l'equipe des comptes qui accompagne les clients et vous devrez les aider a configurer leur logiciel et a commencer a l'utiliser. En collaboration avec nos partenaires de distribution et nos representants commerciaux territoriaux, vous apprendrez aux clients a atteindre leurs objectifs en tirant le meilleur parti de leurs solutions Autodesk.

Vous relèverez du gestionnaire (reussite des clients) et travaillerez dans un environnement hybride, dans nos bureaux de Denver (Colorado) ou de Montreal (Quebec).

Responsabilites

  • Dialoguer avec les clients de manière proactive grace a des appels sortants pour veiller a leur satisfaction.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des strategies d'integration et d'adoption afin d'accroître l'utilisation des solutions Autodesk.
  • Aider les clients a s'approprier les nouvelles solutions et reconnaître les clients vulnerables qui adoptent peu les produits pour ameliorer la valeur qu'ils reçoivent et atteindre les objectifs de l'equipe.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes de vente, l'ecosystème des partenaires revendeurs, l'assistance technique, les services a la clientèle et d'autres parties prenantes en vue de franchir les jalons de la reussite des clients.
  • Grace a des activites a valeur ajoutee, veiller a un niveau de satisfaction et a une experience client superieures, afin d'assurer l'adoption continue des produits Autodesk.
  • Tout au long du cycle de vie, être en mesure de detecter les possibilites de developper la relation commerciale.

Exigences minimales

  • 2 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion de comptes ou en gestion de la reussite des clients
  • Capacite a parler et a ecrire en français
  • La relation client au cœur de votre activite : empathie et approche axee sur le client
  • Collaboration entre plusieurs membres de l'equipe
  • Maîtrise de Salesforce
  • Esprit de collaboration

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $58,800 and $101,530. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
