The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role focuses on post-sale solution adoption and developing data-driven strategies to enhance customer success. This role is responsible for working with sales, pre-sales, services, and Microsoft channel teams to plan and organize customer success strategies. The CSM develops and maintains strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and is seen as a trusted advisor to grow business. The CSM is expected to be a subject matter expert in Microsoft solutions and services.
* What you will do:
* Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with relevant technology and sales teams.
* Research current customer success strategies across CDW to understand the best strategies for Microsoft customer success.
* Develop customer success strategies and collaborate across teams to influence execution.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to identify, define, track, and measure the overall impact of your aligned solutions to an organization.
* Develop and deliver "success plans" to key internal stakeholders identifying milestones and metrics
* Orchestrate and gain strong buy-in with multiple internal teams and be highly connected to solution Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the customer's lifecycle.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Familiarity with the Microsoft portfolio
* Prior experience in Customer Success strategy or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple lines of business
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
* Detail oriented and analytical
* Strong team player but still a self-starter
* Stay up to date on products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, and services offerings
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Strong passion for learning and teaching others
* Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas that will increase sales
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications
* Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
