Job Description
Requirements
- Demonstrating your super powers in customer service (following-up with customers, resolving issues, and coordinating with the Production team to track and re-ship items.)
- Being a super-communicator (working closely with the team on issues that arise and keeping close contact with customers to keep them informed and happy.)
- This is not a traditional corporate job, and that excites you! You are enthusiastic about change, spontaneity, and figuring things out as you go.
- You're seasoned in customer service who is resourceful, adaptable, and resilient with impeccable communication skills.
- You have very strong people skills, including retail management, and possibly national accounts.
- You see resolving customer issues as a challenge, and nothing makes you happier than turning an angry customer into a loyal, lifelong client.
- You most likely have worked for a corporate company, and while it was a great experience, you didn't feel like it was a long-term fit.
Benefits
JOB TYPE:
- Full-time - This is a Full-Time Employee role, 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. This role may have the option for peak season overtime on weekends. You will be working onsite with our team in Urbana, IL. Local applicants only.
PAY:
- Hourly, $17-22 per hour, depending on prior experience.
START DATE:
- As soon as possible.
