- Prioritize and escalate customer issues to meet and exceed their needs.
- Master the art of handling customer questions and troubleshooting with a positive attitude.
- Contribute to achieving KPIs, making every success a team victory.
- Assist customers with invoice questions, closing orders, and processing payments with flair.
- Become a NEOGEN expert, knowing our people, products, and services inside out.
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems independently, showcasing your expertise.
- Take ownership of processing orders and returns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Actively participate in team huddles, meetings, and continuous education with an infectious enthusiasm.
- Embrace other tasks as assigned, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
To thrive in this role, you must:
- Possess stellar phone skills, spreading joy with outstanding customer service.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Animal industry experience a major plus, but it's not a requirement.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
