πŸͺ„ That’s what Lumos does for enterprises. Lumos is the first AppsStore for Companies. You go to the Lumos AppStore, request an app, say GitHub, pick the repositories you need, your manager approves the request through Slack, and Lumos creates access to GitHub β€” instantly. Plus, IT and Security love it as well. They can configure Lumos to grant access to, say AWS Admin rights, for only a limited time or remove access when you stop using the app or change your role inside the company.Β

As a Customer Technical Lead, you will be our champion bringing customers onto the platform, working closely between engineering, product, success, and sales. Furthermore, you'll gain massive leadership opportunities early-on. You will help build the team and be involved in scaling the product as well as the entire company.

✨ Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as our customer tech lead, joining customer calls, leading discussions in shared Slack channels, answering technical questions, and incorporating customer feedback into the platform.
  • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding for the platform, collaborating closely with the engineering, product, customer success, and sales teams to build a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Build efficient, scalable processes to manage and execute on all our technical customer tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of engineering and product to prioritize feature work, as well as add new features and internal tooling, to decrease the time and eng effort of onboarding new customers.
  • Take action to proactively improve the data quality on the platform β€” sync data as needed, communicate with customers to have them perform actions themselves in-app, and work with the rest of engineering to improve upstream data quality.
β›° Your Skills
  • Project & Process Management: Are detail-oriented, organized, and responsive. Communicate with customers and ensure that we are on track with technical work for all customer deliverables. Find challenges in current processes and improve as well as automate them. Able to identify bottlenecks and think analytically to resolve them quickly.
  • Software Engineering & Operations: Sufficient knowledge of scripting, backend, infrastructure, and frontend to debug problems, help direct engineering effort, and potentially resolve issues. This role requires fluency in python, unix / bash, and scripting in general as well as solid sql and DB knowledge since many customer requests and processes involve querying and manipulating our database.
  • Excellent Communicator: Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral, and presentation). Promote a sense of confidence about Lumos within customers and wow them in interactions! Create excellent technical documentation and onboarding guides for customers.
  • Empower Customers: Excited to work closely with customers! Are empathetic and gain energy from interacting closely with customers, supporting + debugging their issues, and ultimately making them feel successful. Make customers feel excited and supported when working with us.
  • Pay Range: $140,000 - $175,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
