Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Power Platform (at least Power Automate & Power Apps) application, evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.
  • Perform Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform configuration, setup, and data migration strategies.
  • Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft technologies, working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform using best development and implementation methodologies.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance (QA).
  • Collaborate with global teams.
  • Maintain a professional standard in the workplace and represent the company at all times in the best possible manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and technologies of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure timely responses to client requests for support, based on the urgency of the issue.
  • Work with another team to design and develop new modifications for existing clients, support previous modifications, and assist with support issues where needed.
  • Assist with any other necessary task as required.


Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform (at least Power Automate & Power Apps).
  • 4+ years of experience in designing and developing functionalities in Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.
  • Proven experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.
  • Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
  • Ability to customise CE & Power Apps forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards.
  • Proficient in C#, Java Script, .NET framework, HTML/HTML5, CSS, SSRS.
  • Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Proficient in database querying, especially related to MS SQL Server.
  • Practical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (on premise and on cloud) and the Power Platform.
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform – Power BI & Power Pages is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer-service orientation and commitment to providing timely, high-quality solutions to customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Positive attitude and patience.
  • Strong time management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to focus on achieving results.
  • Highly motivated for learning and development, with a diligent and responsible attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken in English; fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations or countries for project/support purposes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure products is an advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure cloud technology are strongly preferred.
