The Role

As a Data & AI Lead specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring that practice growth and P&L targets are met.
• Overseeing technical delivery to ensure the overall quality of solutions developed.
• Pre-sales efforts, including client meetings, presentations, estimating new projects, and webinars.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Adding new offerings to Elantis’ Service Catalog.

In this role, here are some of the skills we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of data governance best practices, including data cataloging, lineage, and classification using Azure Purview.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design using SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Cosmos DB.
• Expertise in designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and managing big data solutions.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong skills in DAX and Power Query for advanced data manipulation.
• Able to work with project managers and technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Minimum of five years of project delivery experience.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience in consulting roles with multiple concurrent clients.
• Articulate, excellent communication skills.
• Able to confidently advise clients on solutions.
• Proactive and driven.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
• Skilled at coaching and mentoring a team.

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Azure Administrator Associate.
• Azure Database Administrator Associate.
• Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Azure Data Scientist Associate.
• Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Specialty.
• Azure Cosmos DB Developer Specialty.
• Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.
