Qualifications:

- 2+ years managing engineers, helping grow their careers and improve their skills, ideally in a hybrid / remote setting
- Fluency in SQL and experience with non-relational/alternative databases
- Experience working in Python, Airflow, and Databricks in a professional environment
- Management experience preferred
- Desire to learn new skills and tools (e.g. Redshift, Tableau, AWS Lambda, etc.)
- Exposure working with a cloud-computing environment (e.g. AWS EC2)
- Comfortable with Linux, including developing shell scripts
- Experience working in Insurtech or on AI/ML products is a bonus
What We Offer:
- A fun, fast-paced team-oriented startup culture.
- Generous stock options - we all get to own a piece of what we are building.
- Unlimited vacation days.
- Flexible schedule that supports working from home.
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.
- Exponential career growth provides many opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities.
We are an equal-opportunity employer.
