Your Role and Responsibilities
Job requires extraction or generation of data sets for correlation analysis to module/system data identifying key signals and engaging key stakeholders for further analysis standard reporting of product behaviors (yield performance etc.) developing techniques or algorithms for efficient analysis of data to drive product performance and yield to target. Provide feedback to design team fab team test team and/or diagnostic team to provide information for improvements or corrective actions in the respective area.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in microprocessors or relatable field
• BS in EE/CS/CompE/Data Science required. MS preferred.
• BSEE/MS Data Science ideal.
• Relevant work experience in data engineering and data sciences with knowledge of design implementation and support.
• Strong programming skills (C / Python / SQL / Java / scripting)
• Understanding of microprocessor architecture and circuit analysis.
• Understanding of semiconductor processing and device physics a bonus.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong problem-solving skills through statistical analysis and modeling on large data sets.
