Come and deploy your potential in our new team! In this critical position, you'll help improve our approach to presenting, analyzing and modeling HR data, to help our North American studio leaders make the best possible decisions. Your expertise will also help us with workforce planning, as your models will enable us to anticipate human resources needs in a complex context of resource mobility.
What you’ll do
Workforce planning
You will help us use our resource allocation data to review our practices, in our project-based industry context.
- In collaboration with other teams, you will set up a reference framework and database, enabling you to run workforce simulations and forecasts based on the development phases of our video games.
- You will optimize resource allocation models, considering the constant evolution of variables.Â
- Throughout this process, you will build alliances with system, business intelligence, finance and production teams, as well as with Canadian studio leaders.
HR Business Intelligence
You will help us harmonize and enrich our HR dashboard offering, while also providing access to specific data on an ad hoc basis when necessary.
- Working with multiple stakeholders, you will understand their business objectives, challenges and the reasons they need data to help them choose and visualize the best HR indicators.
- This understanding will enable you to contribute to the harmonization, optimization and development of new dashboards.
- Finally, you will bring data to life in the business experience by translating it into an accessible and engaging narrative for our leaders and their Talent business partners, fostering the development of a culture of data literacy and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
